Lolitas in the Park

Literary Eagle
I recently had the opportunity to meet with the lovely and talented [info]fan_chan so we could do a photo shoot together. She made her own bonnet and blouse. Isn't she awesome? Speaking of talented people, my wonderful friend Géraldine Vincent was our photographer!

Lakeside Dreams

Literary Eagle
Usually I'm uncomfortable with the idea of blatantly putting Chinese and Japanese clothes together into one outfit, because China and Japan are two different countries and it bugs me that people get them completely mixed up. (Don't get me wrong; I like wearing traditional-style clothing from both countries, but not together at the same time!) However, my talented photographer (Géraldine Vincent) really wanted to try combining them for a photo shoot, and since she's a smart cookie and actually knows the difference between China and Japan, I agreed to do it this one time. Here are the results!
